Ingredients:
1 tbsp of Neoli 100% Pure Hemp Seed Oil (Buy here)
1 can drained chickpeas
1 tbsp water
1 medium garlic clove
Juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp tahini (optional)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Process
Blend chickpeas, garlic, lemon, tahini, oils and water
Add salt and pepper or extra oil to taste
Drizzle some more Hemp Seed oil over the hummus
